Our guide was excellent. She did our tour in English, although she was Spanish, and was very easy to understand. She also managed a larger group very well.

The Guide was very passionate & knew everything needed to know well worth booking in advance. Though going to top was not as exciting as made out. Similar to Statue of Liberty. Can’t see much and cramped

Sam was great! Full of info and history. Not a lot of walking on tour as it is all in basically one area. The tower is very crowded and they need to limit the amount of people they let up at a time.

The guide was extremely educated and well spoken, but because of our large group and the general masses of people, it was hard to hear him and when I wanted to ask him to speak again, it was hard to engage him. The length of the tour was long, but necessary because of the size of the grounds and 3 different subjects.

We couldn't understand the guide properly. The proposed technology didn't function well. If he would speak in a microphone linked to it it would have helped. Several people of the group complained about it to the guide but it didn't help. Also, he spoke quite fast so we didn't always understood him well. He often started a story without finishing it. He spoke about the gossip life of Pedro, a king, but it wasn't clear why he focused so much on him. As it was gossip, we missed the link to the city's history that was overseen quite quickly. The free time in the alcazar was not enough to visit the gardens properly while the guided time in the cathedral was too long. We took a guided combo tour as there was no other ticket option available.

Jose was a great guide with great knowledge. We didn't have enough time to stay in The Gardens , 10-15 minutes. Technically, we missed the gardens. and then we had to the Cathedral. Do not book a full tour, or you will miss a lot. Book Alcazar alone, then the Cathedral.
