  First i booked twice. The first time with a wrong date, which i MAY have typed myself, and I contacted My top tours immidiately but no mercy. Then i booked again and in both cases the tour is offered in different languages, among which are Spanish and English - but there are nowhere you get to choose the language until you have to pay and after you pay the languange is Spanish - no way to change it. I believe this is a violation of EU law since the product I bought is not in compliance with the one advertised. Further be aware that this offer does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palace which is the core of Alhambra. It costs extra which is annoying and dependent of the day and season, you may have to wait several hours to get in. Alhambra is fantastic, but stay away from these guys and book your tickets directly from alhambra.org. Further I wrote them twice about the language problem and no answer.

  Attention borderline scam. The price of entry through the official website or on site is worth 13€, this agency sells it to you 50€, it is scandalous.

  Excellent guide that in addition to historical/artistic knowledge, gave us much useful information, and some less known or usual as literary texts of the inscriptions, etc. Very good option to know the Generalife, its gardens and reached it, as well as having an overview of the whole.

  Very poor and unfair service. I made an honest mistake in my booking and accidentally selected January instead of December for a visit to Granada. I contacted them almost immediately to correct it, but they refused to change the date, refused to offer an alternative, and refused any refund. Their attitude was completely inflexible and unprofessional. In my opinion, this approach is unacceptable and likely breaches European consumer rights. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

  We have booked a tour for Alahambra surrondings but the day of the visit the guide did not show up and none was able to give us the ticket to go around by ourself. So in the end we paid and we couldn’t make use of the service!!!

  This tour was a complete scam. I arrived at the designated meeting point at the specified time and waited, but no tour guide ever showed up. I tried calling the provided phone number multiple times on the day of the tour, and none of the calls were answered. There was absolutely no communication, no explanation, and no attempt to contact me before or after the scheduled start time. I wasted my time waiting and had to make alternative plans at the last minute. Even worse, Viator has not helped so far, and no refund has been issued, neither by the tour operator nor through Viator, despite the service never being provided. I strongly advise against booking this tour. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional.

  Overall tour experience was very good, our tour guide was great, described all details answered all questions. Tour description on Viator should be changed to tour of surrounding clearing rather than sending email day before.
