  I’m giving this a one because 0 is not an option. We booked this tour to Alhambra through Viator. There were several correspondences and we were assured our tickets would arrive after midnight. Around 2 in the morning we received an email saying the server had crashed, a very unusual event , and our tour was cancelled. No possible dates in the next few weeks and too late to book elsewhere. Avoid this company !

• Must see place in the world. Do it.

  The views. The gardens. All spectacular. Take an uber/taxi/microbus to the the starting point. Give yourself 3 hours…atleast. Buy your tickets from the source, these skip the line tickets aren’t necessary (there were no lines) at much more than the price from the Alhambra itself.

  Alhambra was nice - not much written inside so with no tour guide or audioguide was difficult to appreciate the significance of this special place. There were not clear directions of which way to go and fact that church closed early. Too bad there is no furniture in any of the rooms … to help visualize what it would have been like. Price I paid was too much for no guide and no audioguide but then I booked too late ….

• Why not Alhambra?

  Alhambra is huge and would at least take you minimum 3hrs excluding nasrid palace so do have a good meal with protein and bread that give you energy to be durable

  The Alhambra was amazing, a must see. There was some organizational issues, I booked the date but the exact hour of the tour was not clear until the day of the visit, which was a bit stressful since I had a flight later that day. However the people in the company that managed the reservation were very helpful and managed to give me an early slot for the visit 👍
