Our boats are accessible to disabled people when they can walk the two steps in and out of the boat. A wheelchair/stroller can't be taken on board. The wheelchair/stroller can be safely placed on the quayside.

Centraal Station

Not so great of a cruise

1.00Meeting point was incorrect. Showed my online viator ticket to three different employees. Was told where to go and what line to stand in. After 25 mins I found out we were in the wrong line for the one hour canal cruise and not the pizza cruise. Pizza had very little sauce or pepperoni. Service was slow and we had to ask for drinks in 94 degree weather. Captain was great.

2.00Meeting place was incorrect on ticket. Asked where to go told go to orange flags several blocks away. Showed ticket at orange building. Told go to next building and go downstairs. Noticed other people had different tours. We got out of line and asked. Told to go upstairs to get a table assignment and wait there. Once on board at our table we had a bucket of drinks all warm. We didn’t care for any of the selection in our bucket. We were finally able to order something different. The new drinks were very warm. So we ordered water. Pizzas was not warm.

1.00This review is about Viator not the tour, as we was unable to go on the pizza cruise due to the fact Viator took our money and didn’t send over the reservation to lovers cruise. We arrived at the meeting point , and the company did not have our booking. They were unable to accommodate us because they were fully booked. Lovers cafe did everything to help us but unfortunately we were not able to participate on the cruise. They advised us that we were fully entitled to a full a refund from Viator and to contact them directly. Since retuning home I have messaged Viator, and been ignored and also requested a refund explaining everything, for it to be rejected. Viator please refund our money as soon as possible. We had this booked for 4 months and were left extremely disappointed.

1.00I booked this for me and my boyfriend and when we arrived at the lovers boat cruise place they told us Viator hadn’t properly given the information to them and only put trough a 1 person booking even tho I payed for 2. This is Viator a fault not the lover cruise company they were very helpfull and gave us a different cruise for free (ofcourse it meant no meal tho sadly) so the 1 star is meant for Viator not lovers cruise they were great

1.00Wasn’t able to go on tour they only had one seat left when I tried to order a different pizza for a friend I got an email the day of saying they cancelled our reservation. They didn’t give me a refund for the first reservation though. Terrible option menu you should be able to order different pizzas for group reservations that option wasn’t available…
