Centraal Station

3.00A good experienc, olite staff, all organised but a kind of supermarket of tours. I would recommend a smaller tour on a smaller boat with a guide. Audio tour was good but nothing special. Rather basic and commercial at places

5.00The Amsterdam sightseeing canal cruise was an absolute highlight of my trip! Gliding along the canals was such a peaceful and scenic way to explore the city, offering a completely different perspective of Amsterdam’s beautiful architecture and landmarks. The audio guide was excellent, informative, easy to follow, and available in several languages. It gave just the right amount of history and local insight without feeling overwhelming. The boat was comfortable, clean, and well-organised, and the crew were friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Amsterdam, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and discovery!

1.00My tickets were booked for 10/13/25 at 6:30pm. We were at the meeting point listed on our tickets at 6:20pm and no one ever showed up. When I tried to call the number, no one was available in the evening. I was not contacted that the canal cruise was cancelled. This was our last night in Amsterdam! Very unhappy! I will contact for a refund.

5.00Missed the 7 pm cruise. Arrived hopeful to catch the 8pm experience. Explained the situation and was allowed to join the 8 pm group without question. This an enjoyable experience. I recommend this!

4.00A different perspective of the city which was great to see. The boat captain was great, funny and professional. It does get very crowded around the time I went (3:15pm departure) so would recommend going earlier or later as there were quite a few kids running around and being quite noisy, not any fault of the company
