3.00Earphones provided for audio description but the captain also made regular announcements on the tannoy - very distracting and could not pay attention to either. Pick one!

4.00Good tour, good information for early in your visit to Amsterdam, convenient pick up point. The boat was clean and comfortable but a bit cramped and some seats faced backwards which affected the view of the places being talked about.
