The tour began with getting a primer in Amsterdam history and then became very focused on World War 2 and the Jewish people in Amsterdam- much of we had never heard before. Our guide Yoshi was OUTSTANDING!!!! He had such passion for the history and had such tremendous knowledge we could have gone well beyond the 2.5 hours the tour lasted. One of the best tours we have experienced in a long time. Yoshi was tremendous!

Guide was very difficult to hear, kept our group in full sun on a very warm day in April. She would conclude a section (difficult to hear) then head off walking quickly leaving a trail of followers. Her printed materials were tattered and old. And lastly the walking tour was to end at the Anne Frank house were we were to stand outside in a very congested space to look at a building surrounded by scaffolding and obscured by plastic. Definitely would not recommend this activity.

Great tour... Florian was so nice. He even lent me his umbrella while he spoke at the different stops. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out great spots of interest and the symbology

The preview portion to the actual walk through the house is very good. It sets you up for what the Frank family did before hiding, during and after. The self-guided with audio in your language was excellent. Anne Frank had more wisdom in her short life than most have in their entire life. Reading her book before the tour helps to understand her life.
