The driver didn't show for the pickup. We waited 20 mins past our pickup time and no driver. I called the contact number on the reservation 4 times and no one answered the call. I ended up having to take a taxi to hotel. I was advised driver arrived late. The time driver supposedly arrived I was still in terminal. I asked for a refund and they are refusing to provide. I am canceling my other 2 bookings with this company. Very disappointed Vacation started off on a bad note.

After so many hours of flying, it was very disappointing that our driver never showed up, noone answered the phone. We waited for over one hour at the airport, called several the company several times and to no avail no response. Two different representative from Viator tried to reach someone at the transport company and they too were unable to talk with someone. We had to take a taxi from the airport. I expect to be fully refunded.
