We'll share cherished stories in a delightful culinary adventure as we come together to cook with an array of aromatic herbs and fresh garden vegetables. Discover the timeless art of creating mouthwatering dishes while learning the secret recipes passed down from generation to generation. Whether you're a seasoned chef or new to the kitchen, this heartwarming experience will inspire you to create wholesome and delicious meals while celebrating the joy of cooking. Every Tuesday, the Farmers’ Market takes place right in front of our place. We usually spend about 15 minutes there to pick up fresh ingredients. This menu is a carefully selection of dishes offered by Mama's roots that focuses on using in-season ingredients. The menu is subject to change based on seasonal availability.

5.00We had such a lovely experience. Our host Bill was very friendly and engaging. There were t of us, three couples. We made 6 dishes and we all worked together on each. Everyone was engaged and getting to know each other too! Bill explained the dishes and traditions and his experiences in grandmothers kitchen. The food was very fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

5.00It is a wonderful experience. We cooked some greek dishes and got to get a hands on experience with all the group members. The host was friendly and we had a wonderful meal in the outdoor area. We appreciated that they took into consideration all the preferences on the group members.

5.00This excursion was excellent! The home/class environment was wonderful, so cozy and we had plenty of room to cook together. Bill was so hands-on and let us do all of the cooking with him. We had 6 different recipes and all were delicious. The evening went by so quickly and we were laughing, enjoying each other and stuffed as we left the home. I can highly recommend this tour...you will not be disappointed.
