I called because the driver had not shown up. They were very nice, offered refund. Found that the driver was in traffic and they found a closer driver to pick us up.

The drive from the port to the hotel was great. The only negative is that we were waiting at the port door exit, and the driver was not there holding a sign with my name on it as indicated in Viator. I had to call him to find out where he was. He then came to us, and helped with our bags.

Very friendly driver! I do not remember his name and so I apologize sincerely for that - was very tired. Really kind person and made sure he grabbed my bag right away before I got in the car and when I was getting out. He was a safe driver and made sure I knew where I was going. Total gentleman all around!
