The driver was there at the port to pick us up as soon as we exited the ship with all of our luggage (for 6 people). He was very nice and got us to the hotel as quickly as he could with all the traffic. Very professional!

A few days prior we were notified our cruise ship embarkation was changed. I changed the time of our pick up from 8 am to 10 am and received a confirmation. On the morning of pick up we got a call from the driver at 8 am telling us he was here. I explained that we changed the time and he said he was never told. He then threatened to leave us telling me he could only wait 15 minutes. We had to jump up and rush around to get off the ship and find him.

Great to have someone knowledgeable of the area get us to where we needed to go. Even though our excursion was unclear regarding our meeting place the driver assisted as much as he could.
