Book it!! Really great experience overall. We went to the local market to buy fresh seafood and then came back to learn how to make sangria and ate tapas. They also served sangria that has chilled overnight which was phenomenal. For paella: they had a chicken paella option for those who didn’t want seafood. I ended up liking the chicken one more, but the seafood was also super tasty. The energy and patience that Hugo brought to the room was truly special. It was also my friend’s birthday and Hugo helped surprise her with a candle on the dessert we made. Definitely the highlight of my trip to Barcelona!

Wonderful experience! The team was professional and super friendly, they made us feel welcome and created an atmosphere that was welcoming and promoted a team environment among all the guests. The chef’s demeanor and lessons were relatable and repeatable. He has a passion for his profession. We prepped, laughed, cooked, ate, drank our way to a family style meal and made a lasting memory.
