Mutianyu Great Wall

Your friendly tour guide will come to pick you up in your hotel lobby at prearrange time. Then take you to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. On the way, about 1.5 hour drive, your tour guide will explain the history and stories about the Great Wall. You will also enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery on the way. Once arrive at the The Mutianyu Great Wall, you’ll enjoy a less hurried experience and take time to marvel at this wondrous structure and the surrounding hillsides. Take the cable car round trip or fun ski lift up and toboggan to save your energy. Then hiking up and down for about 1.5 hours at the various sections of the Wall, exploring the watch and beacon towers.

Gubei Water Town

After a lunch in the local village, heading directly to Gubei Water Town (About 1 hour drive). Accompanied by your tour guide, start your walking tour to discover the charms of the Gubei Water Town. Gubei Water Town is a replica of Wuzhen Water Town in the Southern China. You will find many interesting shops, tasty restaurants, and distinctive hotels there.

Great experience! We visited Mutianyu Great Wall in day view and Simatai Great Wall in night view. Night view at Gu Bei water town very nice. Good weather and not so crowded as it is first day of snowing. The eatery they brought us to served nice food. The tour guide was also very informative and helpful. The 6 seater mpv are comfortable. We enjoy the trip :)
