You will be seated and greeted by our wine expert at our unique tasting Atelier. An introduction will take place regarding our wine experience. You will discover 5 top-class Greek wines, the primary grapes of this land and you will pair them with artisanal cheeses from the mainland and islands of Greece. We will go deep into the wine regions, back to the ancient Greek history, the grape varieties, the cultivation etc. Most of the information is projected onto our matrix and the wine charts while we introduce and explain in a casual and laid-back atmosphere. Lastly, you will learn how to evaluate wines and we will reveal how we recognize the quality in a wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Whether you know a lot about wine or not, this class is a great introduction into Greek wines across the country. I would recommend this to everyone. The cheese pairing is great too! And the hostess was fantastic, explaining and answering any and all questions we had.

Very interesting in learning the history of how wine started in Greece (think of your Greek Mythology) and the different areas that produce wines. Very informative and fun! The 5 wines we tasted were all good. Our Somiler was extremely knowledgeable and made the event very interesting.
