A very memorable experience, Mt. Fuji at its magnificences. Captivating and scintillating views of the enormous mount was jaw dropping. The weather was perfect, the timing wasn’t though. The traffic due to the holiday was crawling at Snails pace. People crowded all places. Rest a true spectacle

Although the weather didn't cooperate on our trip to Mt. Fuji we still had an amazing time. When booking this tour I recommend checking the weather well in advance because getting that icon view of Mt Fuji may not be possible if its cloudy. Our driver/guide Busal was very accomodating as he drove 2 hours oneway from the far side of Tokyo to pick us up on-time in Yokohama at 7:00 am. We made all our planned iteniary stops and Busal gave us plenty of time to shop and explore each location on our own. I highly recommend this full day tour but I would suggest using a translator app to help with the language barrier.

We had a lovely day. Our driver Ahmad made contact the day before to make sure or meeting point and time was correct which put our minds at ease as Viator had not been very communicative. He was on time and helped build an itinerary around what we wanted to do. Although the fifth station being closed is something that could have been mentioned in advance Ahmad still helped us carve out a nice day of attractions and was accommodating in regards to wanting to spend more time and some and less time at others. We were lucky to have beautiful weather for wonderful views. He was also very patient with our son who was having a bit of a rat bag day. All in all it was a really nice day. If I had any complaint they are fairly minor. The car had a minor cigarette smell (perhaps from a previous guest?) and Ahmad did keep a phone between his legs on the seat which he used while driving fairly regularly which I didn't love.

We had a wonderful day viewing Mt.Fuji and the surrounding area. Ahmad, our guide, was on time, informative, attentive to our expectations and a great driver. The weather was excellent, views spectacular and we highly recommend Ahmad for your tour guide.

This was a great day! Our guide, Rafay, communicated with us the day before the tour to confirm the time, and again upon his arrival to pick us up. (He was early and let us know he was ready whenever we were.) He was very friendly! The car was comfortable and Rafay was happy to let us spend as long as we wanted at any stop, and allowed us to customize our tour. He was also able to tell us about each stop and nice to take pictures of us whenever we wanted. We liked that he communicated with another guide about the visibility of Mt Fuji from different areas. Hi Rafay!
