1.00TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! We drove 40 minutes from Dorado in Puerto Rico to the meeting location in San Juan, and spent over a 1/2 hour looking for parking anywhere within reasonable walking distance to the meeting site. Then we waited in the heat on the beach for 15 minutes and the instructor didn't even bother to show up. Viator staff couldn't locate the instructor by phone so sent him emails which received no response. In the end, we stood there waiting for 40 minutes and nearly wasted half of our day for nothing!! They wouldn't even give us another date/time that week because they said they were booked until September!!

5.00I had a good time, even when I was having a bad time I was having a good time. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. I feel more confident in the ocean now and have a better understanding.
