You can choose to swing by the Fishermen's Bastion. We recommend visiting this attraction in your own time if you wish and your host can help you to book tickets and give you more recommendations on things to do and see during your stay. We literally only had 5 hours so rather than wonder round on our own not really know where we were going or looking at we decided to do the tour. So glad we did. We got to see what we needed, understood what it was, got to ask questions and chat about other things and best of all it was just us, no large groups of others. Would definitely recommend. Our guide Sándor was very knowledgeable.

Please stop sending me requests for a review. This has been requested before. Because you do not leave me alone, even after requesting that you stop asking for a review, I am giving a review. I did not want to give a review because the tour was bad. You were not at your best that day and knew it. Your spoke so softly I could not understand you and even after I asked you speak up you went back to speaking softly, adding to the frustration. Your English is difficult to understand, too. You should not be giving tours in English. Many things you did not know. You did take us to some good places, some highlights of Pest. You should have taken us walking on side-streets instead of main streets so I could hear you above the traffic as you did not increase the volume of your voice even with loud traffic - which does not make sense; are you insensitive to your clients or do you just fall back into bad habits? Working with you was very frustrating and I wish I had another tour guide. You also walk so slowly that it increased the boredom of the tour. Yes, it was a hot day. But you cannot constantly use the heat as an excuse for a poor tour. You smoke and your breath stank. It could have been a good tour. Your presentation was poor. I regretted coming to Budapest after your tour, but most fortunately, I had a fabulous tour by a guide at the Opera House who made the trip worthwhile; she loves what she does. It does not seem like you love what you do. You may love music, but being a tour guide is something you only do for money and your lack of enthusiasm shows, in spite of your saying that you love Budapest. Get a different profession.

We love seeing the out of the way secrets that cities have to share, and Krisztian did a terrific job of showing us Budapest's hidden treasures. The library alone was completely stunning. In addition, we learned a ton about Budapest's history, its cuisine, and unique local gems. And he helped us figure out the mass transit! A wonderful tour, full of special moments and beautiful photos that will help us remember this amazing city.

Christian is THE best guide you could imagine having in Budapest. I ended up booking 2 extra tours from him because of how informative and knowledgeable he was. As a local, he gave me an experience that was truly authentic and could not imagine coming to Budapest without his help. BOOK HIM

Richard took us around town as though we were visiting family. He made the history, [people and life of Hungry and Budapest come alive. He was patient with all our questions and genuinely interested in what we wished to learn rather than follow a scripted tour- can see why it is city 'unscripted'. Richard- thank you! You were amazing. Our 13 and 15 year old loved this as well and were touched by your stories and history. We certainly got to feel and experience the heart beat of this amazing city. THANK YOU!

Friendly guy but not a talented tour guide. The tour was nothing of what we asked in the questionnaire before.
