5.00Lőrinc was an exceptional host for my 4-hour Budapest tour. He was knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly welcoming. I felt safe, as if I were exploring the city with an old friend. His English is excellent, and his worldly background, having studied in Japan and India. He was flexible and very agreeable, and after getting to know your preferences, he took the lead to make the most of the tour time. We visited as many attractions and sites as we could in our short time! We explored the city by public transportation, visited historic landmarks, enjoyed beautiful views, and covered so much ground in a short time. Because it was a private tour, we moved at our own pace and tailored the itinerary exactly to what I wanted. Lőrinc was flexible, patient, and always accommodating. I only had one day in Budapest, but thanks to him, I was able to see all the major attractions with clear, insightful history at each stop. I could not ask for a better way to explore the city. If I was doing this by myself, I wouldn't have been able to get from point a to b as quickly, and without the small details he was able to point out. It was perfect. Highly recommend! 5.00The walking tour gave me an opportunity to see this beautiful city up close. The city seems well planned out where it gives you many areas for pedestrians to walk in areas to just enjoy the view and the beauty. A lovely city. The mini statues were nice touch to learn about the artist, Mihály Kolodko. It’s such a fun addition to the tour to try to find these mini statues throughout the city. Thank you, Julia I learned about the history, culture and the charm of Budapest. I hope to come back and spend more time.

5.00Lőrinc was a fantastic guide. He led us through his city by foot and by public transportation. He was a wealth of knowledge about Budapest and its history. He even delivered us to one of his favorite restaurants for dinner (which was fantastic).

Not only does your tour guide have extensive knowledge of the history and culture of the city, but you’ll now have a contact on the ground who can provide information and insights that you just won’t find in travel guides or brochures. 5.00My walking tour with Agnes exceeded my expectations. It was a great balance between history, culture, and her own experiences, which is what I indicated my preference was. She was thoughtful about making the most of my time because I was only in Budapest for one day. Overall, it was a great introduction to the city and I was able to see and experience more than I ever could have on my own. I would absolutely recommend Agnes to anyone looking for a personalized tour!
