2.00Have had such good experiences but that changed tonight. Have been waiting for baggage unload for over an hour. No airline staff available to question for details. So the airport is great for shopping and food but their customer service is terrible.

3.00My first visit to changi int. Airport. I arrived with the Best Airport in the world in mind. Was not that impressed Cleanliness was lacking and seems over shadow the image as an iconic name in aviation. Maintenance also need attention. 5 stars for connections to metro and taxi services. Butterfly garden is super. Very quick baggage on belt.
