During the day you will have some free time to enjoy those beautiful and colored villages, to taste some of the most delicious dishes as pasta al pesto, or olives, or focaccia or wines.
If you prefer discovering those villages by yourself you can chose the transfer only option that includes only the transportation (not train and boat tickets) from Florence and you can enjoy and move along the villages as you prefer.

Levanto
The town of Levanto is of ancient foundation, nestled in a valley covered with olive trees, vines and pines and directly overlooking the sea. In case of Transfer Only option this is the drop off point, where you can start your tour by your own. The ridges of the valley end in the sea with the Mesco promontory and the tip of Levanto. Part of its territory also falls within the Cinque Terre National Park and the Cinque Terre Marine Protected Area.

4.00Our visit to Cinque Terre went very smoothly, and the villages and scenery were wonderful. Very much like the postcards. Not nearly as busy and commercialised as Amalfi, and the houses etc were more colourful. It was lovely to walk up to a couple of vantage points to enjoy the views. Our guide, Luciano, could have given us more information about each village and tips on where to eat and toilets etc. Also Sightseeing Experience asked us to be at the meeting point at 6.40am. They advertised that the office was open at 6.30am, so we arrived early to ensure we were on time, but the office didn't open on time.
