We had so much fun learning how to make a handful of meals and 3 versions of Vietnamese coffee. The instructors were great; we had a great time hanging out with them. My wife and I were the only two for the cooking class. It was awesome. I was able to practice my cooking skills and be named Master Chef! The coffee class was so fun. Not only did we learn about making coffee with a phin filter we were able to enjoy the end result. We had fun with the other people in the class. I strongly recommend you take this class. It's super cool.

After discovering how diverse and delicious the coffee is in Vietnam, we decided that a rainy day gave great reason to participate in a cooking class. From our interest in our new found enjoyment of Vietnam's unique and amazing coffee, the Da Nang Foodie Coffee Making Class was exactly what we were looking for. Set up in a clean and comfortable kitchen, with clear and well organised instruction, we were given the most wonderful opportunity to learn how to make the delicious coffee we'd had the pleasure of experiencing during our holiday. In this course we learnt about this history of Vietnam's coffee culture, the type of coffee grown, the tools required as well as how to make the Salt Coffee, Coconut Coffee and Egg Coffee. This was a really fun class and a great way to learn about Vietnamese culture, particularly their history and use of coffee.

Thank you for your kind hospitality. I had a good time with the cooks and tour. The cooking session was quite short but it was made up by recipe discussion and preparation methods.
