In a word, spectacular, best guide ever. He has a passion for Pompeii and was clear, concise and extremely well versed, spoken in very good english. The tour was more like a great lecture. We would have loved more time with him to continue to absorb and appreciate his knowledge and enthusiasm for Pompeii and Napoli. Also, how many guides get a huge heart felt hug at the end of a tour? That says it all!!

We had tickets for Skip the line cue, ended up standing in a cue for almost an hour, meet the guide 15 minutes before start of the tour it said, we were there,but guide didn't show before 5 minutes after the tour should have started, total caos at the entrench area, my daughter ended with a heat stroke due to waiting in the burning sun, so her and her boyfriend had to skip the tour, the ruins are very interesting though
