  Our driver was great. I wish they offered more. Usually private service would in the least have a bottle of water and a local snack for the guest. I was a bit disappointed. But the driver was professional, safe and got us to our location in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us fun facts along the way. Had I known I would of just went for the Uber option because it was 35% cheaper and reliable also.

  Excellent and efficient. The process was smooth and they were easy to find coming out of customs. They had a sign with our name which made it easy to find.

  Driver was waiting for us. Very professional and gave us a lot of information about Costa Rica and things to do. Definitely will use again.

  Jacob was a great driver. He shared with us his language and showed us the beautiful areas of his country of Costa Rica. He was so kind!

  The driver was not outside with my name on a sign. Luckily, as we were following the wheelchair assistance guy pushing my mom, he spoke spanish to folks outside stating we were looking for Viator. One guy saw my printed instructions and recognized the pickup company emblem as he was employed by them as well and was picking up someone else. I gave him my name and he called the company. He told them we were waiting. They advised that the driver was in the parking lot and was on his way. The driver arrived with my name on the sign. The wheelchair assistance guy spoke spanish to the driver asking him where the van was and asked him to bring the van to us, given that my mom was in the wheelchair and the 4 pieces of luggage we had. The driver pointed to the parking lot way far away. The driver would not bring over the van. He took the two larger pieces of luggage and made us all walk over to the parking lot, which was far, and in the hot sun. We walked passed the handicapped parking and I asked the driver to go get the van and bring the van to the handicapped parking, but he refused. He just kept walking. We were very tired after the long flight. Once we finally got to the van, the driver put our luggage into the van and watched as my mom struggled to step up into the van. He did not try to help her. Then, when we arrived at the RIU Palace hotel, he took the luggage off the van, and again, watched my mom struggle to get out of the van. He then stood there waiting for a tip, which we did not provide because his service was terrible! He was late, made us walk to the faraway parking lot, and did not help me or my mom into or out of the van.
