On the day, our driver and guide if included pick you up on time at your hotel in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle for a comfortable 45–60 minute ride to Hoi An. The guide assists with ticket collection and guides you to the cable car, where you enjoy beautiful views on the way up. You will visit the Hoi An ancient town, lantern festival by yourself. Excellent service round trip. I changed my return trip by an hour and they were fully able to accommodate it. Highly recommend. Would use them again!

The driver arrived in time and was very safe in the traffic - we organised a pick up location a few hours later and when we got there another driver was there but seemed a little vague I was able to contact the agent who was really helpful and efficient,she told me not to get that taxi and organised very quickly ( minutes) another car for us with a picture of the car It was very reassuringly .

Highly recommended this company for Da Nang airport transfers and private car services. They have English speaking drivers, very attentive and helpful, the cars/van are clean and comfortable. We booked 3 times of private car services which are airport transfer, Da Nang to and back Hoi An. Their price is lower than getting a GRAB car. Mr Thanh was very helpful on all the arrangements and communication by WhatsApp. Mr Binh was our 6-seater car driver from Da Nang Hotel to Hoi An. He was very punctual and very kind to attend on our request to stop by the famous Madam Khanh (Queen of Banh Mi) before drop us off at Bay Mau Coconut Forest. My parents was so happy that we got a 15-seater private van on our way back to Da Nang, even though there are only 5 of us. Will surely recommend GO TRAVEL DA NANG to my family & friends !

I needed a ride from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An. The van was nice, with a safe driver who was very helpful to give me valuable informstion for my Hoi An visit. The ride was very pleasant and without sny delays. I was very happy with the service and had no hesitation to book the return trip agsin. Also i plan to use this company for a Ba Na trip weather permitting

Online booking was easy. Their revert was quick and assuring. Quang, our driver, was pleasant, drove cautiously and was very prompt both in picking us up from the hotel and on the return journey from Bana Hill. Will certainly book them again as I find their service and response reliable.
