So please advise us your hotel you stay so our driver can pick you up. - Pick up can be by little van or by directly by Limousine, then you will take a Limousine Bus to go to Hanoi under your name as you provide. - Duration: Take 2 hours drives from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. - Seat: You will take one of the comfortable seat on the Bus based on available. - Drop off place: We will drop off everyone at Hanoi center at No 67 Tran Nhan Tong street, from there you can continue your trip easy to your hotel in the Hanoi old quarter by taxi or by grab (Take maximum 7 minutes).

Administration contact was superb. We were able to change our plans at short notice. The bus driver however struggled to find pick ups and drop offs and the journey took much longer than it should. We left Tam coc at 1230 and reached Hanoi hotel at 4pm! There was no traffic either in Hanoi.I am thinking this was a one off with an inexperienced driver. I would use the service again.
