I was put in the drivers cabin with another passenger and there was hardly space to even sit or keep my feet . It was super uncomfortable drive do 3&1/2 hours to Budapest. Sis much so that I had to abort the rest of my trip after reaching Budapest. I rather preferred to do the tour of my own and then returned at my own expense to Vienna by train . Most of my experience with Viator has been extremely poor . In terms of their communication and arrangements. One of my other tour to Salzburg and Hallstatt was cancelled and the provider never bothered to inform . Keeping me waiting for 1 & 1/2 hours at pickup point . And the provider was not available on phone , mail or WhatsApp. Even at this Budapest trip the driver was hardly knowledgeable though otherwise he was courteous

All good guides have a spiel they tell as the guide you around the city. Filip had none of that. If he was asked a question he would answer that person and rarely addressed the group. There were nine people squished into the van and we were all uncomfortable. This was probably the worst tour I’ve taken in all 44 countries that I’ve visited.

Our guide, Filip, provided us with a fantastic day. He was welcoming, punctual, and an excellent driver. This is an excellent tour that I would recommend. While the drives take awhile, the sites are extraordinary and more than worth it.

We had a wonderful day. We enjoyed the small group tour. We saw the most important sites in both cities. Patrick our guide was very informative and a great driver. Being that it was a long day he made frequent stops for us to take a break from being in the van. Our favorite city was Budapest.. Only wished we would’ve planned an overnight there as we would’ve liked would’ve liked more time.

We left our hotel when our guide, Dmitry arrived right on time. It was a great day in both Budapest and Bratislava. We saw so much but never felt rushed. Dmitry has a gift of historical knowledge. He truly made the difference. I’d highly recommend anyone wanting to visit these two beautiful cities take advantage of this opportunity.
