First day in Marrakech solo feeling a little overwhelmed from flying 28hrs to get here and I am welcomed by a young lady with the biggest smile and the warmest welcome, and it just got better the time spent with her and the master artisan making my own leather slippers was amazing and so much fun, would highly recommend this activity. Thank you again

I brought my 11 year-old daughter and we both had a great time. We had a lot of fun making our very own babouche which we now have as a keepsake from our trip. The entire class was stress-free, and it was easy to follow along. There was hands-on support through each step from the very kind and helpful staff. The hospitality was great as well. We were provided bottled water, tea, and some mixed nuts and dates while we worked. The only modification/personalization was the color of the leather or suede you chose for the slipper. We were given the choice of 5 colors. Beyond that we were all following the same steps and moving at the same pace. On a side note, this was a perfect activity for a quiet morning as the energy of the medina proved to be a bit overwhelming after a couple of days. It was a nice "reset" for us while still feeling like we were learning something about Marrakech.

Amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly. We were offered tea and water upon arrival. They were so helpful and patient with teaching us how to make slippers. Plus, we got an amazing souvenir to take home. These memories will last forever.

This was great, we loved it. (Two adults and a ten year old.) Good english spoken & cheerful relaxed attitudes. No stress. We used too much glue and laughed a lot. Glad we did it. We had a rental car & parking was also easy there at CQPAT.

My mom and I did this and it was a memory we will have for a lifetime. The instructor and translator were the nicest sweetest people. They were patient even though I messed up with the glue at least 3 times. The slippers were of high quality leather and I will be wearing them for a long time. I loved this and it truly was a highlight of our trip.

We both had the best time ever trying our hands at cobbling our own babouche!!! Everyone was so knowledgable and friendly and it was great to learn about Moroccan artisans and the foundation in which they work. We are both pleased as punch with our new slippers. Highly recommended!

The workshop was above and beyond our expectations! We made a very last minute booking and they were able to accommodate us! We had a blast creating the shoes and they were so much nicer than we expected! The translator and the teachers were so patient with us and showed us every step of shoe making! It was wonderful! Go do this you won’t regret this!

Venue is a little hard to find, but once there the experience is amazing. The people are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We hade a fantastic opportunity to make slippers from scratch which are handmade.

What a great experience, the team there were so helpful and friendly. Making the slippers was fun as well as being educational. Leave enough time to find the centre as G maps is a little uncertain in Marrakech. All in all I thoroughly recommend the workshop. Thanks to the team
