Booked this private tour and communication was speedy and clear right off the bat. Got paired with Jeewa and he was the loveliest guide, he heard me lament my lack of fitness for the small hike and he chose the path that would be easiest for me out of all the options available. I super enjoyed the waterfalls and the whole experience, and even lunch was generous and sumptuous! Based on our conversation, Jeewa even extended my tour to visit two other spots that are very off the tourist trail (zero mention of them on any guides I've seen) and I really appreciated his generosity and kindness to make sure I had an amazing time. Would highly recommend Ella Holidays to anyone looking to experience something personal, and special. p.s. He also took great photos!

We had a lovely day at the waterfall. Fantastic views and lovely to swim in the ponds. Jeewantha was a great guide! He also helped us with restaurant bookings for our dinners in Ella.
The weather was perfect and walking up the waterfall was beautiful.

This is by far the best experience I've had all trip. Jeewantha was my guide, picked me up from my hotel and drove me to the waterfall, along the way he stopped and talked about the nature of Ella and the scenery. Really chill and down to earth guy! The hike itself was great! I am an overweight man with very little physical strength, but it was still doable for me! Admittedly Jeewantha was taking a lot of breaks to keep my pace good for me. THE VIEW, INCREDIBLE. I'm a second gen lankan so I've been to this country all my life, but something special about this fall and it's serenity that trumps a lot of what I've seen before. Get to the top of the first fall and watch the world, then to the top of the second fall and have a swim in the freshest water. At the end, Jeewantha got us both a great rice and curry lunch then drove us home, honestly he made the entire experience so great, I can't thank him enough!

Very nice experience, Sanju was very kind and good. He made himself available to take pictures of us, let us try local fruits and in making us discover enchanting places.

We had a fantastic day. A beautiful climb with the reward of the fantastic waterfalls. Lovely swimming.Jeewantha was a perfect guide and gave us a top day.

Dinuka was a very pleasant, patient, courteous, friendly, and a very knowledgeable tour guide. He took the time to stop and explain the fauna and flora as we took the trail to Diyaluma Falls. He did not rush in anyway, and we just took our time to reach the top. He had a few pleasant surprises throughout the day for us, and that was very sweet of him. I would highly recommend Dunika for anyone who is looking for a tour guide.

Dinuka’s experience was evident. He is kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I felt safe with him and the tuk driver. We laughed and smiled while capturing exciting photos. I’d highly recommend everything about this adventure!!!
