5.00Was not a town ride, we were driven into the jungle unstead of ridi g theough town. I was fin with that because the ride would have been through to much traffic and much much longer. Suggest the owner revise the listing. Also they mentioned a weight limit of 260 which is not listed on the viator promotion. Suggest owner revise that as well. The cenote was perfect. The ebikes ran good and strong. No issues at all. The vans clutch needs replacing. Not a reliable transport, owner this is not acceptable.

5.00I couldn't be more thrilled to recommend Cool Bikes for an outstanding e-bike tour. I had the pleasure of exploring the jungle and secret Cenote with their knowledgeable, fun and exciting tours guides. The bikes where top notch, easy to ride and had some zip to them. The Secret Cenote was a big highlight and was a privilege to have access to. The guides commentary, stories about the history and the significance of the area was great. Their outstanding customer service, combined with their expertise and passion for the region makes this a "must do". What an awesome experience, you guys were great-thank you Amira and Mateo. 5.00If you are visiting Playa del Carmen, you should live this experience with COOL BIKES :) We start our tour with electric bikes from 5th Avenue, to a stunning magical cenote in the heart of the jungle in the Riviera Maya. During the tour, Mateo (our guide) was attentive to us at all times, dynamic, cheerful, explaining every detail of the place... being a small group became very intimate and personalized the treatment. We explored the jungle, walked a part, reached the cavern, and dived into its depths until we reached the cenote where we swam for a while. We were able to snorkel thanks to the equipment Mateo provided. There is no sign in the place and it is fine, because the experience invites you to reconnect with nature and feel every element of the place. In the area there are no shops or places to eat, it is recommended to bring your own water and some snacks. Also wear comfortable footwear and clothes that you can soil.

5.00We loved it! We rode our electric bikes from the town of playa to the jungle of the Maya River to a completely wild cenote where we could swim and snorkle with the catfish that were there! It was just us! Our Guide was super friendly, he took the time to make us informative capsules about the surrounding flora and fauna, he made us photos and he also gave us a snack and a bottle of water along the way. It was a great experience and effortless despite the heat thanks to electric bicycles. We came back revitalized and refreshed! We recommend for nature lovers and ecotourism.

5.00The water was super clean and there were fish in perfect condition, very crystal clear and fresh for the heat it was doing i in the beach center, it was an amazing experience.
