This bay tour aided by the audio guide (the AlenTour) will allow you to stop at the different points of attraction accompanied by audio information. 3.00The path along the shoreline was an easy ride, and the bikes were fun. It was chilly and the company also provided gloves which was an extra bonus. The audio was a bit difficult to use as it would switch to French if you stopped the recording to take photos. It would’ve been helpful to have the landmarks numbers along the physical path to coincide with the audio.

5.00Lovely experience, we cycled 25km along the coastline and to Fromagerie Bouvaine where we had the most delicious icecream. Nice people to deal with, great bikes, helmets and gloves also provided

5.00Great ride around the Bay, Beautiful autumn colours. The bike path is very safe and mainly off road. Bike was in excellent condition but I did not check the battery level which was getting critically low. However I got back to base before it ran out and the very friendly lady at the hire centre kindly changed the battery so I could explore the other side of the bay. Will definitely use your service again.

5.00Everything about this trip was easy. The booking simple the arrival instructions easy. The collection was earlier than expected but not an issue. The use of the bikes easy and although not the warmest day it didn’t rain. The map and routes were good following trails sea birds seals etc. all in all a good way to see Saguenay.

4.00The reservation was easily bookable over the Internet. The loan was quick and uncomplicated directly at the port by a very nice employee. The wheels took some getting used to, as both handlebars and saddle were not really height adjustable. Not really suitable for tall people. However, the eBikes have a stand-alone engine that has completely replaced pedaling by putting legs up and stepping on the accelerator with the right hand. (Whether that was our goal.... let's leave it there) The bikes are more for the lazy elderly, but we made the most of them.

5.00Excellent experience. We are 68 and first time in e-bikes. They were very helpful getting us started and the trip was great fun. Excellent shoreside bike trail and beautiful scenery. We also decided to go up to the cheese factory. Highly recommend this!

3.00We thought we had a tour guide. We learned on the spot that it was an app to download. We thought we had audio with the app unfortunately this was not the case. The bikes were not easily adjustable for the ride.

5.00Very nice people, the bikes were great, you almost didn't have to pedal. Very sturdy. We rode around on our own with a map. Its mostly views,we were done in 2 hours. Also the path is very safe, from cars, just congested with people at the start.
