Edinburgh's first food tour in 2011 - Eat Walk is locally owned.
We share the story of the city through food and drink and enjoy access to small locally owned restaurants, wine bars, breweries, distilleries and members only venues.
We love what we do and our philosophy is to deliver happiness to you, our guests, the venues we work with and ourselves in the work that we do.
Private tours can be customised to suit your interests. Our standard tour format includes a walking tour, visits to four restaurants with seated reservations to enjoy a full meal with paired drinks.
The food we typically include is a mixture of traditional Scottish cuisine, family favourite comfort foods and the unexpected.
Expect tutored drinks tastings. We specialise in revealing how much you already know. We'll ask you the right questions that unlock your hidden sommelier talents introducing you to small local producer whisky, cider, beer and soft drinks. Customise to include fine wine, whisky or gin.

5.00Anastaziya was very knowledgeable and very nice. We were slow because of a stroller, but she was very patient and we had a great tour with food and good conversation.

5.00The tour was a bit hard to find the startpoint of. Was unclear that it started inside the hotell in the lobby bar. And the information on viator of what was included said us nothing. But this was a good tour. We could not have asked for more. All the things that goes with scotland was served but scottish eggs. The guide, Anastasia, was a well of knowledge and did a good job entertaining us with short stories and fun facts under the walk and interesting information about the foods and drinks.

5.00Thanks for an great tour, Julie. We got some history as well as the opportunity to try "Haggis" didn't think I would like it but I did. I thoroughly enjoy this tour and by keeping the tour group numbers low it gave us all the opportunity to interact with our guide and each other.
