  We had a wonderful visit to the Nubian village with our guide Moataz. He was extremely kind, funny, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. The village itself was beautiful, full of bright colors and welcoming people. We were warmly received and even had the chance to taste some delicious traditional food.   Moataz is a funny and joyful guide - great experience! We took a motorboat to get to a beach on the Nile, then we went to a Nubian house in the village where we saw crocodiles, had a henna tattoo (300 Egyptian pounds) and some traditional food and drinks.
