  We had an excellent experience on the tour to El Escorial and El Valle de los Caídos. Our guide, Pilar, was simply phenomenal. He demonstrated a deep knowledge of history and culture, and was able to convey it in a very enjoyable and clear way. In addition, he did an impressive job guiding the tour in both English and Spanish, making sure that all participants could fully enjoy it. The itinerary was very well organized, with just enough time at each stop and detailed explanations that really helped to understand the historical and artistic importance of both places. Pilar also showed great empathy and professionalism, answering all questions with patience and enthusiasm. In short, a highly recommended tour, especially if you are lucky enough to do so with Pilar. A top guide!

  We visited El Escorial and the Valley of the Fallen. Two very interesting sites and well explained by our guide Pilar. Excellent experience, a shame that the weather did not accompany us.

  Excellent visit to these beautiful places, the Pilar guide is very knowledgeable about the subject and makes the visit very enjoyable and fruitful ,a whole trip to history The driver Enrique was very punctual and courteous for us to take photos and kept the heating very agreeable on the bus. I loved learning from these ancient and historic places.p

  A very interesting trip with a good guide. The only problem we found was the lack of time in Escorial. It would have been nice to stop in the town, walk around and perhaps have a cup of coffee. We almost did not have ime to use the washroom. Otherwise the time in the monastery was fascinating. We were also a bit dissapointed that we did not visit the library. I think that it would work perfectly as a whole day trip. The monastery in the morning, walk and lunch and the Valley in the afternoon.

  This tour is very good! I booked an English tour, but ended up on a Bilingual tour (Spanish and a little English). The sites made up for a long day with the “earbuds”! The people seem nice with this tour company, but you will want to check on the language before departing.

  The Pilar guide very friendly and charismatic, rating that he knows a lot about the history of the place, the very professional and pleasant driver. Both widely recommended. The second guide, Carlos friendly and comic.

  The Pilar guide was very attentive, with excellent energy, patient, good knowledge of the details and with great weather management, plus the very good Augustine driver as well.
