After the instructor’s demonstration, you make your own sushi, roll and two side dishes all by yourselves. All of the experiences are prepared to be one of the highlights in this class. No doubt that you will enjoy the class!! You also learn Japanese traditional seasonings and ingredients used in this cooking experience.

Please let us know if you cannot eat fish. We will prepare vegetable options.

Some memorable pictures are taken during the class and you can get all of them after the class!

Let's make your own sushi! We'll make eight traditional nigiri sushi, one sushi roll, two kinds of side dishes, miso soup from broth green tea, and a certificate named in Japanese isincluded. We will teach you traditional nigiri sushi in professional way. You'll be surprised to see your sushi which looks like the one at a sushi restaurant. If you are in Japan or travel in Japan, why don't you try to make sushi? This cooking class will be a good chance for you to learn the basics of Japanese cooking. We will also introduce you two side dishes that you can make even after you get home. Let's have fun!!

Traditional nigiri sushi and sushi roll

We make eight traditional nigiri sushi and one sushi roll. All the ingredients are prepared. We'll not cut fish.

Start with grinding sesame using Japanese special tools.

Using a square pan, we make Japanese omelet one by one. To use chopsticks is difficult but fun. We also have a special tool insted of chopsticks.

Sake Tasting Option

Duration: 2 hours 45 minutes
sushi and sake tasting: After sushi making, explained about three different kinds of sake. Then enjoy tsating sake together with sushi and others.

Sushi Making Class in Tokyo!

Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Nigiri sushi, Sushi roll: Traditional nigiri sushi, sushi roll, two kinds of side dishes, and miso soup from broth including water andcertificate.

Matcha Option

Duration: 3 hours: sushi making 2.5hours　matcha making option 30 minutes
matcha making with sweets: After eating sushi, you choose a cup you like and make matcha. Japanese sweets will be served to go with.

Hands on instruction learning the basics of sushi construction and a couple of side dishes. The egg side dish cooking was especially helpful. Fun and enjoyable class with very helpful instructor. Delicious sushi and side dishes including miso soup to eat makes it all worthwhile.

A friend and family came from France, so I booked to let them enjoy the experience. This course teaches you how to make miso soup, spinach with sesame seeds, soup stock rolled egg and nigiri sushi, and sushi rolls while actually making it. It's more authentic than I thought and I think you can make delicious sushi at home! The sushi was very fresh and delicious, and all my friends were very satisfied. After that, you can enjoy the Asakusa area by taking a walk in Asakusa and shopping at Kappabashi.

This class was fabulous. Toshi and Hirasho were lovely. We thought we were only making sushi and matcha. They actually have you make a full meal including miso soup and a spinach dish. Everything was delicious.

Very good experience! We were lucky it was only me and my partner for that day, so we got to know our instructor abit aswell! Nice people with good knowledge for food and tastes!😃 Good teacher! Recommend!!

The teacher is very kind. She taught me how to make authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine. Fish was fresh and high quality. Making sushi to eat by myself was a special experience. 海外の方だけでなく日本人にもぜひ体験してもらいたいです。

This was a tremendous experience. Toshie & Hiroshi are a wonderful team who have an amazing amount of both patience and experience to be able to walk people who have no experience through the intricacies of making Maki, Nigiri, Miso soup, and more. We our children with us as they thoroughly enjoyed the experience as well. Toshie's English is excellent, and she is a wonderful teacher. We honestly cannot thank them both enough for such a great experience and the inspiration to want to make sushi at home!

I would rate this class a 10 if TripAdvisor allowed it. My wife Gwen and I had the best time here. The attention we received was outstanding. The sides we made were tasty. The Japanese omelets we made were fantastic, and the miso soup and sushi were the best. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Tokyo.
