    Gayla was excellent! I learned so much about Michaelangelo, the history of Florentine art, and special details about the David. She was entertaining and easy to understand/follow with the radio headsets. Highly recommend!

    Wonderful tour. Gayla was a terrific guide. Got us inside quickly, in the middle of a snow storm! She was very knowledgeable of the museum and the history behind the Michelangelo sculptures.

    From the moment you arrive at the meeting point everything is perfectly organized, they approach to corroborate your name and give you the hearing aids you need to listen to the whole tour. Our guide was EXCELLENT, with great knowledge about the sculpture of Michelangelo, made us see wonderful details and told us the whole story about said sculpture. I recommend it 10/10 because you don't have to line up and at the end they give you the free time to admire the Academy.
