To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted: those who are unable to ride the bicycle safely will not be allowed to take part in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the missed experience
The minimum height required to ride the electric bikes is 150 cm (4'11"), and the minimum age to participate in the tour is 14 years
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. During the summer season, the use of hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen is advised
All participants must carefully follow the guide’s instructions and obey traffic regulations. The organization is not responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety rules
Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is essential to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill

Ride a modern e-bike through the historic center of Florence in the company of an experienced local guide, and admire the most iconic squares and monuments of the cradle of the Renaissance in a small group of cyclists! After a very short training session, the adventure on two wheels will begin! Breathe in the timeless atmosphere of Florence and discover its masterpieces, from Piazza Duomo with the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore to the bustling Piazza della Signoria, the heart of the city. After that, you will leave the historic center by cycling toward the famous Florentine hills, along the most picturesque avenues just outside the center, until you reach Piazzale Michelangelo, the city's most iconic panoramic terrace, from which you will enjoy breathtaking views of Florence and its monuments. Here you will have some free time to have a coffee and take some beautiful photos. The tour ends in the heart of Florence, in the Sant'Ambrogio district, famous for the church and the ancient market, where a special surprise awaits you: a food and wine tasting served at a charming location in the center, to end the journey with a touch of flavor and greet your fellow travelers.

4.00We recently had our first family experience with eBikes. The guide provided an initial explanation of how the eBikes functioned; however, our 14-year-old had some difficulty following the instructions, which led to the guide shortening the tour and appearing visibly frustrated. Despite this, we still enjoyed the ride and created some lovely memories as a family.

5.00Lisa was amazing. Sharing her knowledge of Florence with all of us. Telling us where the significant land marks could be located along the route. The end of the trip was a great surprise; a free wine tasting at a great restaurant across the street. What a way to end our time in Florence.

5.00My husband and i had an amazing time and enjoyed beautiful views along the way. What a great way to see the streets of Firenze in 2 hours. Leon was a great tour guide and with only 3 of us in the group today.... we were able to move along smoothly and stop and chat along the way. The bikes were fantastic and easy to use, especially if you have had experience on bikes before. And thank you for the 'surprise tasting ' a great way to finish off the ride.

4.00It was a fun experience. Bikes were good and we went past alot of the main landmarks. Didn’t learn too much about the history of the places but was enough for a good taster of Florence and gave us the ideas of the places we want to visit.
Would do it again in a heartbeat!

5.00What a wonderful way to see Florence, but especially the outskirts of Florence! Our guide was warm, knowledgeable and personable; his love for Florence was evident and rubbed off on us. The e-bikes were high quality and in great condition and riding them--even on the crowded cobblestone city streets--was much easier and more peaceful than expected. Traveling without our own hired car, this tour enabled us to see more residential parts of Florence that we wouldn't otherwise have seen and the view overlooking the city from Michelangelo Square was not to be missed. The mini-wine tasting at the end was a fun plus! Highly recommend this specific tour, as well as Ciao Florence Tours for their professionalism. Wish I could go back tomorrow and do it all over again!
