  Great to get up onto the glacier. The pilot was friendly and everything went so smoothly, it was a trip of a lifetime for all of us

  The flight was fantastic. Take off was super smooth. The views were incredible, with the glacier being even better than I hoped. We were disappointed that we couldn't land but the visibility was just too poor, so rather happy we didn't attempt it. It didn't matter though as it was awe inspiring. I would happily do it again.

  This really was 'the trip of a lifetime'. Stunning scenery and great to step out of the helicopter onto the glacier. Nice one Mark.

  Originally booked to fly from Fox Glacier, the morning off I got a call from a team member asking me to go to Franz Josef instead. The staff there were really helpful getting me on a tour. I'm so glad I waited the extra time as this is an amazing trip around the glaciers. The staff are friendly & helpful.

  Booked for 10.30am for a Fox glacier heli ride. Arrived at 10am. Was told there was only one family booking at 10.30am and that was for someone else. Some how my viator booking didn't appear. This was weird since I was charged by viator for the experience already. Also when I called at 9am to ask whether the heli ride was running as planned since it was a cloudy day, the person who took the call had not bothered to really check the booking. So I had to be rescheduled for 11.15am. Which turned out to be 11.30am in reality as we had to wait for the previous flight to be completed. No point coming early to "prepare" as it only takes 1min to weigh in and have a 1min briefing session by the driver. Wasted 1.5hrs of daylight just sitting there and waiting. Missed out on some activities I had planned. The flight was pleasant. The experience was as expected. Paid for the obligatory $20 photo as who wouldn't? Overall disappointing due to the poor administrative oversight. Since there are so many options for heli flights in Fox and Fran Joseph, just find a better company with more robust administrative processes in place to prevent disappointment.

  We had the trip of a lifetime thanks to the team! Incredible experience. We had been let down by the weather and the other operator we booked with. We had a long drive following our booking so weren’t sure whether to stick around as there were no helicopters flying. We walked into heli services and it felt like they did everything they could to make this trip incredible for us. Initially we didn’t think we would be able to fly, and the company we’d booked with didn’t fly at all that day. We were offered 10 minutes of fly time and jumped at the chance. In the 30 minutes prior the weather improved and not only did we get to fly but we also managed to land. The only people to land all day! This was towards the end as most places’ last flight is 4pm and this was our time. So I would say if you can be flexible and wait throughout the day or even stay another night then do so. Our pilot Sam was warm, friendly, knowledgable and made this trip once in a lifetime. Because there were only two of us we would not have been able to do this trip without a third person and this is another reason our original operator cancelled as it wasn’t a busy day. However this company have smaller helicopters and we even managed to ride in the front. The guy from Watford who gave us our brief and transported us was lovely, Him and the owner made it feel like they did everything possible to have such a special experience and we are so grateful!   This was the most memorable part of our visit to New Zealand. It is a must! The staff and pilot were professional. The entire experience was breathtaking and I can’t recommend it enough.
