This hop-on hop-off expirence is a classic sightseeing option allowing Frankfurt visitors to familiarize with the city. The city tour loop takes you to the highlights throughout Frankfurt. With the all loops Grand Ticket (city & skyline) you can explore even more of the major sights in Frankfurt, such as the “Main Tower“, Eurotower (European Central Bank), Trade Fair Center, Frankfurt Zoo, “Eschenheimer Tor” Town Gate as well as along the banks of River Main. There are however many other tourist attractions to see during this Frankfurt City & Skyline tour. Each loop is 60 minutes.

Started at 13.00 with tour, after 15 minutes hop off, bus did not stop at Palmentuinen. After visiting 2 hours waited for bus at a stop not arrived and then it turned out that the bus no longer runs after 17.00. This is not mentioned anywhere and is not communicated when you buy a ticket. Expensive ride of € 22.50 for 15 minutes. Not recommended in Frankfurt.

I wouldn't do this tour again. The signage is simply not available! At the main station the stop is not to be found, after more than 30 minutes search I went to the Roman. Here's the same thing. Even with Google it is typed incorrectly!! I checked with both places, nobody knows where the stops are. There are also no signs with departure times. I've already ridden in several cities with these tours, this one was the worst. The route was deviant and way too fast, so the audio did not fit. There is often nothing to see in the streets, as the trees cover everything. In addition, the bus only runs to the stops every hour, so you can't even get off for a second, look around and continue. Which is basically the beauty of these tours. This is not possible in time, as the tour only goes until 5 pm. All in all, I was very disappointed and would have liked to use the time differently.

Not worth it. There's no city map provided. Driver will just continue driving unless someone will press the stop button. Better ride an uber.

We purchased the Grand ticket and went on both the red and green routes. English commentary was readily accessible but there wasn’t a lot of info provided. The drivers seemed to race between stops rather than take it easy - especially given passengers are sightseeing g and are happy for a steady, gentle pace where they get to see things. We did each route from the top deck but you kind of have to because they have advertising covering the bottom windows- which is a very weird thing to do on a SIGHTSEEING bus ????? Also the first bus was at 1100 and they finish at 1700, which is not long if you’re actually planning to get off at a few stops. Still felt that we got a decent overview of Frankfurt, but nowhere near as good as hop on hop off we’ve done elsewhere.

Scam. You can only board in ONE location and if you “hop off” you’ll be stranded for 2 hours. Also, the red and green lines are identical. Best to do your own thing.

Great tour with a great experience. Get off at the Working Man stop or the Bahnhof stop to enjoy some of the sights. There are plenty of places to get some great food and drinks.

Very expensive and disappointing. We basically paid $64 for a one hour bus ride listening to a recorded tape of the city that was out of sync with where the bus was at that moment. I know I could have gotten off at stops along the way but there was no incentive or information to guide me or make me want to do so.

Most of the tour was simply “Look Up” with a few facts thrown in. Granted Frankfurt is more a financial hub but I have been on better Hop On/Off buses in other European cities and this was poor.

Can’t see anything out of lower deck of bus, 3 stops is a hop on hop off? One stop in the middle of no where and one stop was start/end point. WASTE of time and money
Buyer beware! Not worth it at all. I want my money back.

Absolutely horrible!!! No communication, 15 minutes shorter than what it says, I paid $63 for the other option and no difference. Buyer beware. Definitely do NOT BOOK.
