3.00Tour guide was very difficult to understand on the bus ride, and didn't give information of our surroundings as we drove 2 hrs. In Toledo the group was divided and a new tour guide assigned to the English speaking travelers. She was even harder to understand and seemed to be in a hurry to finish tour. She gave no clear direction on how to get back to the meeting place. The original tour guide took over in Segoyvia and was very good but I think headphones should be used so that everyone can hear clearly.

4.00Long day with lengthy bus rides. Fabulous sights to see at both locations. My preference would have been an included meal rather than wandering. Guides were knowledgeable and friendly.

5.00Before I booked, I read the positive reviews and they were right! I made sure to be on time for the bus and look around so I didn't miss it. The guide was efficient and helpful. The tour was informative and interesting. Really amazing experience to see two cities in one day! I had a toddler with me but was able to get around with a stroller and the guide gave me a heads up when stairs were coming. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and there was time to walk around. We never felt rushed.

4.00A lot of walking . Absolutely Beautiful. No issues with tour guides they were fantastic & knowledgable! * you MUST see the inside of cathedral!!!!! It’s beautiful beyond words. 2 issues we had. if you do the cathedral entrance- just know it does cut down on free time & you are literally running up & down the streets to get back to bus in time. ( barely any time for souvenir shopping). Also….. a big issue we had was with WHERE to meet your bus. ( across from metro in specific plaza) tour leaves early so if u reach out to guides - office is not open yet. No response. We waited for 20 minutes looking around - you see other people standing there looking around and we’re all kind of like where are we supposed to be because I don’t see any guide. Then we all just started following each other behind the metro entrance up a big flight of stairs onto another street. You take a right and they are down the street..( you figure it out because we were at another tour s’ buses and they told us where to go)

5.00We had an enjoyable day with Benny and Juan Carlos in Toledo and Segovia. They kept us well informed of the areas and also have plenty of free time to shop/eat. Toledo has better shopping imo. Lots of walking but also some time to rest as well. There's a lot of drive time but it's not terrible. An enjoyable day all around!

3.00The cities are amazing, although to us Segovia was best. We’d recommend doing the cities on separate days/tours and not all in one as you don’t have enough time in each. The English speaking groups were too large 40+ people for just 1 guide without any audio assistance. It was hard to hear and follow the single guide without any audio such a large group. Very frustrating! Also the guides we had were not overly passionate like guides we’ve had in the past. These guides just seemed to be doing their job. The cost (value) is good as you get great bus transportation to/from the cities. Instructions at each stop were not very clear and it was hard to know what there was to do in the city. Overall again for the value it is good but a little disappointing with the huge group, lack of audio for such a large group, and the lack of passion from the guides.
