For this tour are 12 hours in total (7am to 7pm).
When visiting Chichen Itza you will always be in the company of the certified guide and visit the most important monuments such as El Castillo, the Mayan ball game, the venus platform, the Tzompantli, sacred cenote and snail observatory among others.
All vans feature an icebox so you can have your drinks fresh during the tour.
The tour takes place in both languages (in Spanish and English).

Arrive on time at the selected meeting point (Maximum 10 minute wait)
Dress in comfortable clothes for walking (fresh clothes, light colors and comfortable shoes)
Bring a swimsuit and towel separately, in the cenote there are bathrooms and showers
Wear a cap or hat and sunglasses.
Bring official identification if you are Mexican
In the van you take a fridge with ice to store the drinks you carry
Have a good breakfast before leaving on the tour
Tickets to Chichen Itza can be paid in cash or by card (additional charge of 3%)
Not recommended for travelers who have trouble walking or use cane

This tour starts at 07:00 a.m. We have three meeting points to be able to take this tour, it is estimated 30 minutes to have everyone on board the van, then we stop at a self-service store so that they can buy water and snacks for the way, at 08:00 a.m. we are on our way to the first destination that is Chichen Itza, which is 2 hours walk.
Chichen Itza
When arriving at the archaeological site, tickets are purchased for the entrance to the site (it is important to mention that this access ticket is not included and must be paid when arriving in cash with Mexican pesos or by card has an additional charge of 3% over the current price). 2 hours are spent to tour the archaeological site in the company of the guide and additional 30 minutes of free time. The most important monuments are visited in the following order: Snail Observatory, Ossuary, The Market, Thousand Columns Group, The Castle, Mayan Ball Game, Tzompantli, Venus Platform and Sacred Cenote.

5.00All three sites on the itinerary were wonderful (Chichen Itza, Cenote Ik Kil and Izamal). The tour was very well organized with excellent driver and tour guide (both Spanish and English). The tour bus was really comfortable. For me all of these sites were just amazing. Swimming in the Cenote Ik Kil was sort of a 'bucket list' kind of event and almost a little surreal it was so beautiful. I did another tour previously with Viajesl Colibri and think they do an outstanding job.

3.00The sites visited were amazing. I'm only giving a 3 star rating because of our tour guide. He showed lack of interest. When visiting Izamal he did not provide a guided tour. I was told to just go walk around and meet back at the departure time. My guide was Saul. Other than that the places visited were beautiful I would have liked mire history at Izamal.

First class transport and carry the icebox for your drinks; our guide Jorge and driver Armando are very friendly and good vibes. At the end I booked another tour for another destination with them. I recommend them!

5.00I really enjoyed the tour!!! Visiting Chichen Itza was magical but the best thing was to have swum in the cenote!!! If you are told that you have to go down 90 steps to reach the cenote do not be overwhelmed!! Watch them go down!!!
It was a super cute experience with the agency that made us the whole tour. Worthy to know a wonder of the world!!!!

5.00We were blown away by the magnitude of the city. Our guide, Jorge (Leo), made the tour extremely fun and educational. Getting to see the marvels of ancient Mayan and Toltecan architecture, science and technology was beyond thrilling. We got to see the Sacred Cenote, appreciate the differences between the Toltecan and Maya influences on the city, and the various structures, sculptures and drawings around the city. We definitely need to go back as soon as we can, to be delighted again by the domains of K’uk’ulkan. Additionally, we visited Cenote Ik-Kil, which was gorgeous but excessively crowded to our taste and Izamal, a nice Colonial era town which was a fun walk.
