1.00This company is an outright scam!!! Do NOT use their services under any circumstances. I booked a private tour, but late at night on the day before the tour, they suddenly informed me that — due to “high season” and a so-called lack of guides — they would unilaterally downgrade my booking to a group tour. On top of that, they also delayed the departure time by one hour without my consent. They refused to refund the price difference between the private tour I paid for and the inferior group tour they forced on me. At that point, all other tour companies had already closed bookings for the following day, leaving me completely trapped with no alternatives. They clearly took advantage of this situation. Despite causing serious inconvenience and financial loss, they did not even offer a single apology. This level of behavior is dishonest, unethical, and extremely unprofessional. This company cannot be trusted. 5.00This tour was definitely worth the price. Everything was very well organized, and thanks to the great coordination between the guide and driver, we had very little waiting time throughout the day. We usually move quite quickly through sites, and our guide Abdo gave exactly the right amount of information — clear and interesting without being overwhelming. It was also clear that he would easily adapt for people who prefer to spend more time at each stop, which made the tour feel flexible and well paced. The sites were, of course, fascinating. The only minor downside was that two sales-related stops (papyrus and carved stone souvenirs) were not listed in the itinerary and weren’t necessary for us. Aside from that, it was a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience that we’d happily recommend.

5.00After this experience I highly recommend Mido, this whole trip is on time and for people, the car is also equipped with cooling air and mineral water, very very very very comfortable, and the schedule is also good!!!!!!! Very fast yoga experience. If everyone has come to Luxor very highly recommended Mido.

5.00Amazing time seeing Luxor in a short trip through. Abdo and his driver were amazing making sure I was able to see as much as possible. Highly recommend both and this tour. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and pick up was right on time and had a wonderful time.
