  Our driver was on time for pick up. The hot air balloon ride was great, but the landing was a little too hard. I totally understand the weather played a part. It was great to see the Valley of the Kings from the sky. I would recommend this tour to my friends and family.

  Definitely. Quite a visual spectacle, from the takeoff field, with more than 30 balloons and a beautiful and unexpected peregrine falcon. The very kind team: my wife is forever grateful for helping her get in and out of the basket (she is 68 years old and was very concerned about this). The landing is also perfect, in a farm field near the colossus of Memnon. Without dragging any and assisted by a team of 10 people who were already there at the time. An advantage over other suppliers is that this balloon comes out of the bottom, allowing you to enjoy the impressive almost simultaneous takeoff of more than 30 balloons. This would also have allowed us to sleep half an hour more, if not for being mistakenly quoted an hour earlier (the only one but from our experience; lucky the night was nice). Anyway, I highly recommend it.

  The whole experience is pure chaos. You will be picked up in the early morning around 4:30am, just to end up sitting for another hour on a dusty parking lot with begging children and people trying to sell you all kind of stuff. There is a lady selling coffee and she will rip you off too. 200 EGP for a Nescafe instant coffee is a scam. We were freezing and waiting while the sun was already up. At 6:30 am we finally made it into a balloon. While the ride is fine, everything else around it is just horrible. They won’t let you out of the basket before you tip. They are extremely aggressive and keep standing there and just don’t help you to get out until you tip. Out of the basket begging kids appear out of nowhere just to harass you for more money. And if you finally make it to the bus, you will be driven back through the desert, which is a landfill. I saw multiple animal cadavers (horses and dogs). No one cares. While it’s eye opening how people live in this area, it won’t leave you with a good feeling.

  It was one of the most beautiful things I did on my trip to Egypt. An unforgettable experience. The whole time he felt safe and very peaceful. Seeing the valley of kings from the globe along with the sunrise was amazing. The company very organized and punctual.

  Great experience, memorable sunrise balloon ride. Early start but well worth it. Good communication after booking including confirmed pick up time. Pickup was on schedule. All went very smoothly in line with itinerary description

  We had an excellent time watching all the balloons get prepared and of course going up into the sky. You get picturesque sunrise views of the temples, the Nile, and some village houses. I would 100% recommend this experience.

  My second balloon trip over the years in Luxor as s9 worth getting up early for. The site is amazing just watching the balloons inflate and the experience of just floating over the west bank of valley of kings and Queens is amazing. Our pilot Sam was kind and good natured who gave us a great ride and landing. The ground staff after the ride were good and work so hard . Be prepared to children begging for money on landing, just say landing, meaning no

  Outside of the amazing hot air balloon ride expect complete disorganization from beginning to end. Lack of communication with pick-up person, they just randomly put you into baskets (there were over 40 our day) with no rhyme or reason, there is no set wait area, kids accosted many patrons looking for money, the drop off after was just as disorganized. Pros: gorgeous 360⁰ views of the sunrise, Luxor valley, farmlands, valley of the nobles, Ramses' temple ruins, etc. Cons: everything else, total disorganization

  Great experience, to do! Everything was perfect, the team is very nice and well organized , they picked us up from the hotel and can take us back then, we chose to stay there to follow up with a day visit. Possible for children from 6 years.
