  Wonderful experience to fly over Luxor West Bank. We watched ancient Egypt structures and sun rises from up in the sky. Hotel pickup was on time and the balloon landing was smooth.

  Early wake up but waiting for long time to fly - well cover yourself in December during waiting is cold. Experienced crew nice fly experience of about 45 minutes. I always felt safe it was my first flight in a balloon. In spite we paid for the upgrade to vip balloon, we were squeezed in six into a corner of the basket, with limited possibility to move and take pictures. So I thought I could have saved the cost of upgrade of 10 USD each.

  Great experience, very safe, smooth landing, weather was cold, but when we sit on the basket we feel warm, great views from top of the Luxor sites

  Excellent experience, good arrangement for pickup, old and creepy car though. Half an hour flight over all the temples offering amazing aerial view during sunrise. Need to have good warm clothes for winter months. Need to have physical fitness to get into and out of the basket.

  We left on time at 4:30 in front of the hotel. After waiting on site for about an hour, we boarded a balloon. I spent more time as a balloon than I thought, and I had a very fulfilling time and time. When I came to Luxor, I felt I should join this tour.

  Very clear communication the day before with confirmation of hotel pick up & timings. The guide, and hotair balloon pilot were really friendly and good fun! Everybody at this company were great. Absolutely loved doing the sunrise horror balloon…very early to start the day but what an experience. Really beautiful views…got to see valley of the kings, the beautiful greenery and sugar cane fields and Hetshebsuit temple. We saw the sunrise but more on the ground as balloons were being inflated - which was a fab experience too. We did capture part of the sunrise in the air which was wonderful but you do have to wait for the go ahead from air traffic to ensure visibility, winds etc are safe to do so. A great experience- would definitely recommend!

  Our sunrise balloon ride went smoothly, even though the company tried to cancel the day before due to weather. Pickup at 4:30 AM was on time, and we reached the launch site about an hour later. The biggest downside was how crowded the basket was, about 20 people with almost no room to move. I highly recommend paying extra for a smaller group if you want to truly enjoy the experience and take unforgettable pictures and video's. The flight itself was beautiful. We caught the sunrise, the weather was perfect, and our pilot was friendly and informative. They offered photos and videos for purchase, but the quality was poor and the link wasn’t downloadable or easy to share. I wouldn’t recommend buying them; take your own if you can. I messaged them explaining but they didn't seem to understand that people want a video that can be shared on social media. Overall, despite some inconveniences, the experience was unforgettable and definitely worth the splurge.

  Amazing experience in the hot air balloon, the view is spectacular! The pilote (Ramadan) and the team were very professional, fun and friendly. However we waited almost 1h30 between arrival on the departure site and take off which meant we didn’t see the sunrise from the balloon but from the ground, the booking mentioned coffee and tea included but it wasn’t served, the day before the company texted us to ask if we wanted to upgrade to « premium » ride for 10$ each which was supposedly to ride with max 20 people instead of 30-50 people in the hot air balloon. We didn’t answer their text and still got in a 20 people basket, it didn’t seem like there was bigger ones for more people anyway. All in all great experience with little downsides
