Very early pickup. Balloon ride was short compared to the other tours. Pressuring for tips is very tiring

In the end we could not make the return for weather reasons. It seemed like a serious company and they put all the facilities for transport and not lose any activity: they picked us up on the motorship and returned us to where the group guide told us not to lose any activity we had scheduled.

The team did a good job of communicating about the weather, as there was uncertainty on the day if the balloon would be able to go. Given this, we did not catch the sunrise, but overall a good experience. On the listing, it mentions you get Coffee and tea and a souvenir flight certificate to remember your experience which we did not get.

It’s so pretty and the staff are very kind ! They explain to you everything ! But please be aware if the weather conditions is not okay no flights! We fly above the valley of the kings and the city !

My experience with this claimant was simply unacceptable. It all started with a cancelled activity the night before, around 11pm, for a scheduled departure the next day at 4.30am. The cancellation was due to bad weather conditions, which I fully understand. Confident, I resume the same performance the next day. However, on D-Day, the situation worsened. I waited at 4:30 at my hotel for 30 minutes, but no one picked me up. Not only was there no sign of the driver but I also received no message or explanation. This behaviour shows a total lack of professionalism and reliability. Although I was reimbursed for the benefit, no explanation or apology was provided. This is a real scam and a considerable waste of time. I strongly advise you to avoid this provider!
