Trip to Toledo was okay, guide though he tried to speak both English and Spanish he had a terrible time doing so Not very professional and not so informative. Plus he left us alone to be picked up at the end of the tour with instructions to look out for his partner with a red umbrella. Not what I was expecting. However on the trip to Segovia was a different story. Guide very professional, very informative stayed with us the entire time from start to finish, thus the reason I gave him a good tip

Very well organized tour. In one day we were able to cover two beautiful cities, Toledo and Segovia. Tour guides were good. They explained to us in English and also in Spanish. At Segovia they gave us head sets, so that when tour guide spoke, we were able to hear what he was saying. The group was large, 20 to 30. But head phones were very useful. Buses were luxury buses. We were lucky as there was no rain. But it was chilly, so bundle up. Overall rating of the tour is EXCELLENT.
