This is a very relaxed off the beaten path day trip. This trip takes you places that no other tours go. So it’s much quieter and there’s not the hustle and bustle of numerous tourists and tour buses to contend with. The two castles are very nice as well as the village where we had lunch. Neil was a great tour guide. He even added in a couple extra bonuses for us, including Harry Coos and Colton Hill. That was very nice of him to do this, as most of us had not had those experiences.

We had an excellent time on this tour. Neil is an excellent guide! He made this trip well worth it. Tour takes you along the coast with stops to explore castle ruins and beautiful coastal villages. Tour was not rushed. We had plenty of time to explore. Again, thanks Neil for making this a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful time touring castles, walking on the beach on the Firth of Forth and seeing some unique animals like Clydesdales and the stars of the show, the Highland cattle. Along the way, our guide Keith was very informative and enthusiastic about the Scottish history (and pretty funny, too). Our only regret: One in our party left an empty water bottle on the van. Sorry to make you clean up after us, Keith.

Phil was a great tour guide! Interesting stories / history and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey with as much time as possible at the stops. It was a perfect little getaway from the city!
