The Gardens by the Bay was a wonderful experience and well worth visiting. We also enjoyed the city bus trip. The only problem we experienced was that the trip did not show up in my trips section of Trip advisor and took some digging to find the right part of the email for both parts with the QR code rather than the bar code. This was a potential problem as it relied on having data available and, had I realised this before the trips I would have made sure to have clicked all the hyperlinks to find the correct bits. Luckily the staff at the Gardens at the Bay managed to help us find the QR codes Also the email said it started at 9 but there was no time limit on either section

Surprisingly, this was not very cool-- from an adult perspective. One dome was completely about Jurasic Park (highly commercial) and the other was a collection of plants without very much written explanation.

Found the Flower Dome quite disappointing. Walking through the Botanic Gardens and the Orchard Garden was so much more enjoyable. The Cloud Forest was interesting

Highlight of our Singapore Trip, especially the night show. Stunning and the Special Jurasic Park Feature in the Cloud Forest was truly spectacular. Can't recommend enough. All through Trip Advisor/Viator...never any problems. Ralph Martin.

We pre-booked this tour and Viator only sent through a bar code on the tickets, not a QR code. When we got there they couldn't scan the tickets as they only have QR scanners. We went to the ticket office to see if they could help and they showed us what our paperwork should look like but our tickets were very different to what it should be from Viator. Viator are refusing to refund our tickets even though they are totally unusable. This is a scam to take your money and never give you tickets with QR codes that can actually be scanned so you can enter. We were turned away from the Gardens By The Bar - the tickets were completely useless. Do not book this tour.
