3.00Found the Flower Dome quite disappointing. Walking through the Botanic Gardens and the Orchard Garden was so much more enjoyable. The Cloud Forest was interesting

1.00We pre-booked this tour and Viator only sent through a bar code on the tickets, not a QR code. When we got there they couldn't scan the tickets as they only have QR scanners. We went to the ticket office to see if they could help and they showed us what our paperwork should look like but our tickets were very different to what it should be from Viator. Viator are refusing to refund our tickets even though they are totally unusable. This is a scam to take your money and never give you tickets with QR codes that can actually be scanned so you can enter. We were turned away from the Gardens By The Bar - the tickets were completely useless. Do not book this tour.

3.00They did not send the tickets on time so I wasted time trying to fix the situation. The person who helped me helped fix it but I would not have had any problems if they had sent the tickets on time.

1.00The tour operator did not send the tickets formats and could not get the tickets once there. I called and tried to get the tickets from the application and the tour operator sent the wrong format
