Jimmy was an exceptional wealth of knowledge on Egypt's history. We were thankful for his guidance throughout the day. The driver Khaled was there every step of the way! Mubarak closed out the day with our Nile Crystal tour. He made sure we had everything we needed. Much gratitude!

As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Ahmed. From the very beginning, he made me feel like I was with family—not just another client. He was kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating, especially when I didn’t come out right at 7am. His knowledge about the area (especially the Pyramid ) was impressive, and he adjusted the pace of the tour to fit my comfort level, always allowing breaks when needed. Lunch was phenomenal, the conversation flowed naturally, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Watching the sunset over the Nile River and capturing those moments was a highlight I’ll never forget. I highly recommend this company—and especially Ahmed—to anyone visiting. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I return. Thank you for making this such a beautiful experience! The driver Yeman was awesome too! Thank you both for a beautiful experience!

The Guide (Muhammad) was very pushy about tipping his friends (it was clear that he gets kickbacks from taking us to his friends shops/excursions), almost to an extremely uncomfortable level. It was so uncomfortable my wife wanted to cut the tour short. We were very vocal about not wanting to do the shopping part as it was “optional”, but he and the driver would take us to his friends shops anyways and try and push us to buy things (there’s a word for forcibly taking someone somewhere against their will or consent by the way). We honestly would have bought some things if they weren’t so aggressive, we refused to be taken advantage of. The ATV guide was better and was humble so we did tip him. The “Lunch” was some chips and Soda out of the trunk of the car, we refused and he kept questioning us why. My wife can’t have certain food ingredients (artificial dyes was in the soda and chips break her out), so we figured a no would suffice but he kept questioning why we didn’t want the “Lunch”. One no should suffice, but not for him. I think the guides/companies should be mindful that people pay/save good money to come to these places and that we’re not all “rich”, so being aggressive and being pressured to buy and tip constantly 24/7 feels like a shake down and not a pleasant experience. The guide even made a comment that our hotel “Marriott Mena House” was so “expensive” so he knows we have money and should be tipping. With the amount of money we paid for the tour, he should have been tipping his friends and not pressuring us. Overall this was not a pleasant experience and soured our trip to Egypt.
