The tour ran smoothly and our tour director (Bernadette) was exceptional in her communication and knowledge From the moment we departed, we were left mesmerized by the beauty of nature The First was definitely the highlight The chair lift is easy to find and enjoyable We had the famous cheese fondu at the restaurant at the top and it was tasty as expected We took the trotter bikes down the hill and that was spectacular. Felt like it was spending a slice of time in heaven

Beautiful country, happy cows, glacial water that looks amazing. The tour guide, Angela, was great. Very friendly and informative -tour in 2 languages! The day is very long. It’s a windy bus ride up a winding mountain road, bathrooms are scarce and a lot of tourist traps. We went on a rainy day and it was difficult. Don’t recommend to do jet lagged-better once you’ve adjusted. The tour was great, my timing was bad, and I wish I knew ahead of time that it’s a full 12 hour day.

This tour is not worth it. You spend the majority of your time on a bus just getting there. Several stops were made to pick up other people and by the time you get to the mountain there really isn't time to do any of the activities which is why we went. We paid for the activities before we arrived and then we could not do them because the lines were so long by the time we arrived.

The bus driver, Berta, was amazing! All those sharp turns make it challenging to drive a coach bus up there but the ride was quite smooth with no abrupt braking or stops! Fernando and Karen were also amazing! They did a great job with telling us about the towns and the lakes we passed. We could buy activities on top of what we had already paid, however it was not clearly explained that there may be a chance we would not be able to do the activities due to the long wait times. I had bought 2 activities but was only able to use 1

Mt. First is a must-see if you come to Switzerland. The bus ride was comfortable and the sites were well narrated along the way. The hosts were helpful and kind. The stop to Interlaken was very brief. I wish we had just spent that time on Mt. First. There is a lot to do there, so check the options so you willl have tickets for the other attractions when you arrive in case they are sold out. Bring sunscreen and water!
