If you love chocolate and a well-run tour of the city, reserve a spot on this experience. So much value for the price. We used both a bus and our legs to go all around Zurich. This portion of the trip could have been enough on its own. I felt like we saw all the big highlights, and a lot of lesser known ones as well. Our guide was amazing. I mean it , she was an incredible fountain of knowledge. After the touring was done we hopped on a boat and zipped across Lake Zürich to a dock about 10 minutes away from the Lindt factory. From there we took a nice stroll along a river-side park to the factory. The tour was self guided with device you click on icons that talk to you during the 20-30 min tour. You get a chance to taste three kinds of liquid chocolate (and yes you can eat as much as you want). You also get to taste six types of chocolate in chips dispensed from these space-age machines. Again no limit, eat until you burst. Finally on the way out they allow you to take chocolate truffles from 10 bins for FREE. Still not, done -- why have you not reserved your spot already! The tour provides you with a 24-hour transit pass you can use on all transportation in Zurich. Note: Before you board the boat there is a tasty food stand with brats. Definitely get one! Tip: Don't order food on the boat. Slow service there is not time to eat it.

Fun tour to experience with kids. We enjoyed the walk around Old Town, our guide was knowledgeable and checked on us frequently. Kids enjoyed the cruise and Lindt the most.

The tour in general was boring i slept during half of it , its better to skip the tour and go directly to lindt by yourself

Overall was a nice tour, started with a bus drive around town followed by a casual city walk. After was a short river cruise to the chocolate museum, the highlight of the tour. Would definitely recommend
