5.00Excellent tour. Use the time wisely. It does tend to run away from you. Take the long way back on the boat after the chocolate tour, (1 hour) and see the rest of the Zurich lake.I think they could do away with the ride past the Beverly Hills of Zurich and show more of the historical area.

4.00Our guide was knowledgeable and had a command of English! However the walking part of old town was very long! The best part was the lake cruise on the way back from the chocolate tour, very relaxing! The factory was very busy, long lines. There was plenty of samples.

2.00A little rain and traffic sent this tour right off the rails. The guide and the company had no idea what to do. Book this tour if you want to sit in city traffic in a bus for a few hours. Otherwise, v just book your own tickets to the Lindt chocolate factory.
