It was a really cool trip to the mountain. If I could recommend one thing to the guides, it'd be to give more time. Because of all the traveling time, we felt really rushed with only 2 hours up on the mountain. We left before dark, which was good, but I think the tour should depart a couple hours earlier to provide more time for activities. Overall, we had a blast!

Absolutely stunning! We liked being able to do what we wanted once we got there, but our guide was around if we had questions. Very informative and loved every second of it.

The experience on Mt. Titlis was great. The tour organizer not so much. Let me explain: I made a last minute booking online for this tour the day before. The booking went through no problem so I figured I had a plan for the day. Then the next day about 3 hours before the tour start I got a WhatsApp message that they were overbooked and needed to cancel or postpone. That left me scrambling. I asked a local tour guide and although they also didn't have space they helpfully mentioned that it's quite an easy to visit Mt. Titlis on your own just from the train station. We just went upstairs to the ticket booth at the train station and they sold us all the tickets we needed. When navigating the stations friendly locals helped to point us how and where to make the connections. At the top of the mountain it's a massive resort. There are many activities to enjoy the view and the snow at the top of the mountain. All the items described in the booking were included in the lift ticket. Your experience is greatly affected by the weather so you can check the webcams before you decide when is a good day to go. It was pretty crowded when we went over the holidays. But for us that all thinned out toward the end of the day when all the tour groups had gone. Back to the tour company: I did request and receive a full refund from Viator about a week later. So it all worked out in the end.

Tour guide was excellent — very informative. We were saddened by the effects of climate change on the glaciers and Alps snow cover. However we did enjoy our visit to Mt Titlis
