Review I booked a tour with Valley Rock Tours through Viator based on the beautiful photos and description showing a spacious, comfortable 4*4 Jeep — which seemed perfect for a long day of exploring. However, when the tour operator arrived, it was in a small, cramped, and very uncomfortable mint-colored Jeep that looked nothing like what was advertised. It was a complete letdown and felt misleading. The vehicle shown online was a big part of why I chose this tour in the first place, so I made the decision to cancel rather than spend hours in discomfort. If the tour listing had been honest about the actual vehicle used, I wouldn’t have booked. This kind of bait-and-switch is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the company updates their listing to reflect the real experience — so future customers don’t waste their time like I did.

It's a wonderful experience. We went on the early one(6am) and got to see so many animals. The highlight was seeing one black rhino and numerous white rhino's. The driver's knowledge was great. We thoroughly enjoyed it

The time spent in the national park was quite enough. We saw a lot of animals than expected. The guide Eric was very knowledgeable. He always tried to make us see more animals but also allowed us to call for stop when animals spotted. Recommended.

Pick up was late. The check in and additional costs to the park was a bad surprise. The tour itself was okay

In the morning, we were picked up at the hotel on time. In the national park, we could see giraffes, zebras and rhinos. In addition to lions hiding in the bushes eating animal flesh, we also saw lions with cubs crossing in front of cars in groups. I could hear the words “hakuna matata” all over the place from the car beside me, and I was able to share a wonderful time with other tour people. We were also grateful that the driver cared so that we could see as many animals as possible. But where it was different from the one mentioned, it was not watered. National park staff also asked us to pay the entrance fee by card.
