5.00Francis the best of the best tour guide. Had a good time exploring the park, sure to do it again. We saw giraffes, rhinos, buffalo, hippo and crocodile.

5.00Edwin was our guide. He picked up at Grand Argyle hotel (where we were staying for a conference) for a wonderful afternoon safari within Nairobi national park. Edwin is a very kind and knowledgeable person. We saw a lot of animals out there, and Edwin was always eager to give us information, explanations, including about flora . Highly recommended

3.00Not worth the money, didn’t spot any lions or leopards as we started late. The game drive lasted only for 3 hours instead of 4-5 hours as mentioned in the details. There were only 2 bottles of water for 6 people.
Deeply Disappointing “Royal Class” Safari — Not as Advertised

1.00We booked the “First Class Private Open 4x4 jeep” Royal Class Half-Day Nairobi National Park Safari after reading strong TripAdvisor reviews and expected a premium experience. Instead, it was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our scheduled pickup time was 6:00am, we were outside our hotel ant 5:55am, however the driver did not arrive until 6:25am. The transport vehicle that arrived was a small, badly dented car, not the first-class safari vehicle shown online. The driver handed us a single small bag of chips — the only “snack” we received all day. Once at the park, the guide had no water, soft drinks, Wi-Fi, or snacks, even though all were listed as included. The game drive lasted under 3 hours, not the advertised 4 to 5. At the end, there was no transfer driver waiting, and we had to wait 45 minutes at a nearby coffee shop to be collected. This tour was nowhere near “Royal Class” in quality or service. The advertising is misleading, the organization poor, and the experience fell far below expectations for the price paid. We would strongly recommend not using KENYA BUSH EXPEDITIONS

5.00We had a great tour! John picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, which was a huge help, and was very knowledgeable about the park. We saw a ton of animals (more rhinos than I ever could have imagined) and - with John’s patience - even caught a glimpse of a lioness which was so cool! Highly recommend this tour if wanting to get into the park.

5.00Eric was the best possible guide and we were so glad we made this a private tour! He’s very good at finding animals and helping you learn about them. Very patient while we figured out our camera and even took us to a pharmacy for my husband’s missing medication. Our luggage hadn’t arrived. I can’t recommend him strongly enough!
